My order is marked as delivered, but I haven't received it.
Sometimes the carrier can mark a package as delivered prematurely, or occasionally incorrectly deliver a package to nearby homes. We kindly ask to allow 2 full business days for your package to show up after it is marked as delivered. In the meantime, we recommend the following:
- Search your nearby surroundings
- Contact any neighbors to see if they received your package by mistake
- Double-check your correct address to the one on your order confirmation

Though we highly recommend you try Cuddle for 90 days to see the best results, if you have tried Cuddle and don’t experience improved sleep after a month, or if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 90 days of receiving your first monthly subscription order. We will issue a refund for the full cost of the product—minus shipping, VAT, or duties—no questions asked. There is no need to return the product.
To request a refund, simply contact us via our Contact Form within 90 days of receiving your first subscription order, and our customer care team will assist you :)
Refunds typically take 2-5 business days to process.
Please note that refund requests made outside of the 90-day period cannot be processed, and no credit will be offered.
Refunds are only available for your first subscription order and not for any subsequent refills (on any ongoing refill plan), even if these are billed, paid, or shipped during the 30-day period mentioned above.
